Job Role / Responsibilities:
The Marketing department supports the Aga Khan University Health Services entity, which is part of the Aga Khan University. The department’s scope of functions includes communication, strategic marketing, marketing research, information services and the hospital call center. The strategic philosophies of the Marketing and Communications Department are built on AKU's guiding principles of Quality, Access, Impact and Relevance as well as AKU's Global Communications strategic platform of "Voices Rising". We hold strong to our Marketing and Communication pillars i.e. to stay focused, be timely, deliver quality and create impact in all materials we deliver.
Major duties and responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to the following:
working closely with Service Lines to develop strategic and tactical marketing plans.
working closely with other marketing team members to implement tactical plans.
liaising with agencies, vendors and relevant internal stakeholders.
creating, designing, writing and producing promotional materials.
assisting in organizing tactical events.
providing regular reports and updates on projects, budgets and timelines.
identifying innovative and effective methods to achieve targets.
working on projects and tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
MBA in Marketing or related field from a recognized institution.
2-3 years related work experience.
Knowledge and working experience of digital, web and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, verbal and writing skills in English and Urdu.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and able to meet deadlines and targets.
Proficiency in MS Office.
