Job Role / Responsibilities:
The aim of Clinical Risk Management reviewing and sharing with departments the areas of improvements identified through the incident reports, complaint process, and root cause analysis and requesting departments to make processes for improvement.
Other responsibilities will include:
receive and record patient complaints / feedback as per laid down procedures
investigate and resolve patient concerns and review the related patients’ medical record and formulate fact sheets
organize and manage complaints data in order to analyse trends for facilitating corrective and preventive actions by the concerned services and departments
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in the fields of Medicine i.e. MBBS or Bachelor’s in Nursing i.e. B.ScN or Master’s in Behavioural Psychology
at least one to two years of relevant experience
should be able to resolve conflicts and demonstrate acceptable analytical and report writing skills.
