Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to Manager, clinical laboratories or his or her designate, you will be responsible for coordinating the Administrative activities of the Clinical Laboratory with the concerned sections / individuals or departments as and when required in line with the guidelines provided to ensure related institutional policies. You will be responsible to:
Coordinate administrative work of Clinical Laboratories with concerned section(s) or department(s) as and when required in accordance to the guidelines to ensure that the related institution’s policies are followed.
Maintain Computerized or Manual records of Casual, Earned and Sick Leaves of staff of Clinical Laboratories to ensure that they are as per the institution’s policies
Obtain final approval of staff overtime from the Senior Administrator on prescribed formats and process them on the monthly basis and maintain record on the computer.
Log all complaints received in the Central Complaint Register; raise complaint forms, inform the Senior Administrator, hand over the complaint form to the concerned section for investigation and follow-up according to the guidelines provided for prompt resolution of complaints.
Compiles and maintains quarterly data for Clinical Laboratory Departmental Goals and Quality and dashboard Indicators.
Coordinate CAP Survey Order activity with Coordinator Quality Assurance and ensure that surveys are received as per schedule.
Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the Sr. Administrator Clinical Laboratories.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
Graduate / Masters preferred.
5 years related experience preferably in any laboratory or hospital setting.
Knowledge of Hospital/Laboratory Standards & regulations.
Good knowledge of personnel policies & procedures required for day to day operations.
Proficient at using basic computer software i.e. Microsoft Office.
